Five Years Later, Route 91 Survivors Are Still Haunted
Five years ago today, a gunman opened fire on a crowd of people attending the Route 91 Harvest festival in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was the worst mass shooting in United States history, resulting in 60 deaths and leaving 413 people injured.
Lisa Fine-Cavalli survived the massacre and captured the chaos on her iPhone camera.
Earlier this week, she joined Rundown host Chris Foster to recount her experience that night and how the horrors still impact her today.
Lisa also discussed the charity work she did following the shooting and the importance of offering both financial and emotional support to survivors who are still rebuilding their lives.
Due to time limitations, we could not include all of the conversations in our original segment. On the FOX News Rundown Extra, you will hear our entire conversation with Lisa Fine-Cavalli and get an even better understanding of what unfolded that tragic night and how the survivors of mass shootings are still traumatized years after.
