Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss his push to end Covid-19 era emergency declaration powers that President Biden has been using to push through massive spending and liberal policy.

Senator Marshall blasted Biden’s use of COVID powers saying,

“Guy, certainly our president is talking out of both sides of his mouth. I think he really does really mentally struggle connecting the dots when he says something on one issue, he doesn’t realize how it impacts another. But Americans need to understand how the president uses these powers to manipulate us and usurp our constitutional rights.”

Marshall added,

“And then he uses it as an excuse to forgive student loans. So it is important that we end these so-called national emergencies and to usurp some of these powers back from the president.”
