Brian Brenberg: Most Americans Don’t Think The White House Cares About Their Economic Struggles
Professor of Business and Economics at The King’s College in New York City Brian Brenberg joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share his thoughts on a recent poll which finds that just 36 percent of registered voters approve of how President Biden has handled the economy.
“That’s what’s so funny about this is, you can’t lie on economic issues. You know, if it’s a complex social issue, If it’s foreign policy, people don’t often know what the talking about. But when it is, I just don’t have enough money to buy the wheat bread, you’re feeling that. So it is kind of interesting to watch them try to pull this one. Like, hey America, you don’t know what you’re talking about. You don’t know your own bank account. Just come with us. And America is saying emphatically at this point, you don’t know what you’re talking about, or you just don’t care. And that’s actually the worst part for them, if America thinks they just don’t care.”
Brian also reacts to White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre’s claim that the U.S. has experienced “life-changing” economic gains during Biden’s presidency. Listen to the podcast to hear what else he had to say!
