Judge Jeanine Pirro: Letitia James Won’t Indict Trump Because She Doesn’t Have The Evidence
Co-host of “The Five” Judge Jeanine Pirro joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to explain why New York Attorney General Letitia James does not have a solid legal case against former President Trump and his family.
“She comes out with all these words like, this is illegal and it’s fraud and it’s corrupt and it’s this and it’s that. Well, you know what? I’ve got to tell you, Letitia James, that if you’ve got so much evidence and it’s so awful, indict the guy. You have the power to indict. Go ahead and indict him. But why don’t you indict him? You don’t indict him because you don’t have the evidence. You can’t get to a grand jury. You can’t get by a grand jury. You can’t get by a judge. You have no evidence. So what do you do? Letitia James decides that she’s going to defame the family. And by the way, these are based upon Donald Trump’s personal records, not the kids. And she’s gone after the whole family, which was her unethical promise when she ran for office that they’re gonna know my name. Well, who the heck are you that they need to know your name? She got elected on a campaign of hate. And that’s what’s wrong with this country right now.”
