Evening Edition: Hurricane Fiona Causing Island-Wide Blackout In Puerto Rico
Hurricane Fiona strengthened into a powerful category 1 storm making landfall Sunday afternoon in Southwestern Puerto Rico, knocking out power for over a million and a half customers. The extent of the damage is still not completely known as the island continues to see heavy rainfall and massive flooding.
