Senator Blackburn Warns China Is Intent on Becoming Globally Dominant
China has conducted military exercises in Taiwan as a reaction to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s trip to the island earlier this month. Military tensions have now been heightened as the country announced plans to participate in joint military drills and war games alongside Russia this week. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) is the latest American lawmaker to visit Taiwan. She joins the Rundown to discuss why she believes the United States must recognize Taiwan’s independence and the growing threat of Chinese global domination. She also raises concerns about an “axis of evil” forming, made up of enemies to the United States.
