Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss President Biden’s student loan cancelation plan and the legality behind the move.

Congresswomen Mace reacted to Biden’s student loan debt plan by saying,

“I guess Joe Biden is trying to buy votes with this particular scheme. But even Nancy Pelosi said just last year that would literally take an act of Congress to do this or this. More than likely, it will just be fought in the courts, maybe even up to the Supreme Court. He doesn’t have the power to actually do this.”
