War On Ukraine: Europe Breaking Their Dependence On Russian Energy

European Union countries agreed to a deal in late July to curb their usage of Russian gas while Moscow remains at war with Ukraine. They also have begun to import gas from other suppliers but will it be enough to make it through the winter? FOX’s John Saucier speaks with James Carafano, Vice President for Foreign & Security Policy at the Heritage Foundation, who says Russia has been weaponizing energy for decades and the United States and others should increase energy production, not decrease it.
