Katie Pavlich: The Supreme Court Overturning Roe V. Wade Is A Victory For The Rule Of Law Under The Constitution

Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share her thoughts on the Supreme Court overturning Roe V. Wade.

“It’s a victory for two things. Obviously, the life issue and activists who’ve been working for 50 years to get to this point are celebrating today, even though they have more work to do. But the other issue is that this is a victory for the rule of law for the Constitution. You won’t hear much about it, but there are a number of progressive Leftist law professors, including people at Yale, who believe that Roe is bad law. And if you truly believe that the Supreme Court should follow the Constitution, then you agree with the ruling that abortion law should be sent back to the states, and it’s not something that is in the Constitution. So I think there’s two issues at play here with what happened today.”

Katie also points out that contrary to what many people on the Left are claiming, this ruling does not ban abortion in the U.S. Listen to the podcast to hear what else she had to say!
