‘You Were 100% Wrong’: Charles Payne Reacts To Treasury Secretary Yellen Conceding She Was Wrong About Inflation

Charles Payne, Host of Making Money with Charles Payne on FOX Business Network joined the Guy Benson Show to react to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen conceding she misread the threat of inflation and got it wrong.

Payne reacted to Yellen’s admission by saying,

“I believe that the person who was the head of the Federal Reserve, world renowned economist, knew some of these things, but probably chose to ignore them or hope that they wouldn’t rear their ugly head. And of course, they have in the worst kind of way now. But so, yeah, you know, we give her props for apologizing, although there’s nothing she could say anyway. I mean, you can’t you know, you can’t quadruple down on this point. You were 100% wrong. And now we have to say, you know, are you and Powell, who also got it wrong, are you guys capable of getting us out of this.”
