The first war crimes trial taking place in Ukraine for a twenty one year old Russian soldier who admits to killing a civilian on orders from a superior. Meanwhile, Russia’s defense ministry has said nearly eighteen hundred Ukrainian fighters have surrendered in the port city of Mariupol since the beginning of this week. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with FOX’s Senior Foreign Affairs Correspondent Greg Palkot, in Kyiv, Ukraine, about the trial and why holding more may put Ukrainian fighters in even more danger.
