The first war crimes trial taking place in Ukraine for a twenty one year old Russian soldier who admits to killing a civilian on orders from a superior. Meanwhile, Russia’s defense ministry has said nearly eighteen hundred Ukrainian fighters have surrendered in the port city of Mariupol since the beginning of this week.
