America’s Inflation Crisis Grows

Whether it’s dining out, shopping, or even just driving around, Americans are having to change their habits to adjust to soaring inflation costs. With gas prices reaching a record-high, many Republicans are urging President Biden to incentivize oil production. Senator Todd Young (R-IN) joins the Rundown to discuss why he believes the President should ease regulations to combat surging inflation prices, why he believes the U.S. must provide aid to Ukraine, and how his bipartisan bill could lead to more manufacturing in the U.S. and less in China.

On Tuesday, President Biden visited Buffalo to memorialize the victims of the recent mass shooting where 10 people were killed at a supermarket in a domestic terror attack. The President also spoke out against the racism that motivated the incident. Following this event, New York Governor Kathy Hochul and many gun control advocates are questioning why the state’s red flag flaw did not prevent the shooter from buying a firearm and now they are calling for a reexamination of gun control legislation. Jonathan Turley, Fox News Contributor and Law Professor at George Washington University joins the Rundown to discuss how New York’s red flag laws are intended to to function and how Supreme Court rulings on gun cases may shift laws across the nation.
