Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to shed light on the potential dire consequences at the U.S. Southern border if the Biden administration goes ahead with their plans to lift the Title 42 public health order next month.
“The Biden administration is basically promoting and celebrating lawlessness on the Southern border, and this is just the latest thing that they are doing to remove obstacles to sane immigration policy. And so there was one point we thought maybe the Biden administration wanted to abolish ICE, but it’s clear now they just want to eliminate the entire Southern border. And Title 42 was one of the very last tools we had in our toolbox. And if it is rescinded, if it’s revoked, literally you’ve seen the numbers. Even the Biden administration is estimating that it’ll lead to 18,000 people illegally entering the country a day. We’re already seeing caravans forming that will coincide once lifted. It’s like a Madison Square Garden every day will illegally be entering our country, and it’s going to have a devastating not only fiscal impact, but it’s going to have an impact on the safety of our community.”
