Emily Compagno: There’s No Way Will Smith Would Have Done Any Jail Time If Chris Rock Pressed Charges For The Oscars Slap

Co-Host of “Outnumbered” Emily Compagno joins Fox Across America With Jimmy Failla to share her legal expertise on what kind of ramifications Will Smith could have faced if Chris Rock decided to press charges for the infamous slap at the Oscars.

“He might have got a conviction for assault. He might have pled guilty to it in exchange for community service or something. He would have had an arrest on his record for assault.”

According to Emily, there’s no way Smith would have served any jail time for the slap. The academy’s board of governors has now banned the actor from attending the Oscars for the next 10 years.
