‘This Is The Best Of Journalism’, Howard Kurtz Reacts To Attacks On Journalists Covering Russia-Ukraine War

Howard Kurtz, host of Fox News Channel’s “MediaBuzz” joined the Guy Benson Show to react to the unprovoked attacks on western journalists on the ground in Ukraine covering the war.

Kurtz reacted to the news that one of FOX’s own reporters was injured while covering the conflict in Ukraine saying,

“It’s sobering. It’s chilling. It’s a reminder for all these people. Many of our Fox News correspondents in Ukraine Trey Yingst, Lucas Tomlinson, Ben Hall, there’s been Steve Harrigan, Mike Tobin. I mean, they’re all putting their lives on the line. They’re all going into a war zone without the protection of some U.S. military division, which obviously isn’t in Iraq, to bring us the story of whether it’s refugees or the latest Russian bombing. And you know, journalism has a pretty bad reputation these days, but this is the best of journalism.”
