Evening Edition: Controversial C.I.A. Report Says ‘Havana Syndrome’ Incidents Not Connected To A Foreign Power

The C.I.A. has issued an interim report saying examples of the ‘Havana Syndrome’ are not connected to a focused campaign by a foreign power to harm U.S. personnel around the world. Senators from both sides are criticizing the report saying they need to hear more on its findings. FOX’s Trey Yingst speaks to Dan Hoffman, former CIA Chief of Station and FOX News Contributor, who agrees there are many unanswered questions and it is too early to rule out if a foreign government could be behind the attacks.
