Russia continues its build-up of military forces at the border with Ukraine with new estimates at nearly one hundred and twenty thousand troops. Meanwhile, in a move that will most likely anger Russia, this week Ukraine’s parliament voted to allow foreign militaries to join in on their military exercises next year.
