Earlier this week, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer struck a deal with Minority Leader Mitch McConnell to pave the way towards increasing the debt ceiling. The increase has been on the Democrats wish list and the bipartisan agreement paves the way for Senate Democrats to accomplish it without fear of a GOP filibuster. FOX News Congressional Correspondent Chad Pergram explains why some Republicans went along with the deal.
