Watters blasted Rep. Maxine Waters saying,

“I don’t even think she knows what she’s talking about. Do you know if she knows if this was a hoax? Because there’s a photo and it’s clear it’s a hoax, but she’s selling this like no one else realizes that it’s a hoax. It’s been proven to be a hoax for three days now.
