It was a big week for the White House. President Biden gave his first speech to a joint session of Congress and marked his 100th day in office.
Texas Republican Congressman Michael McCaul joined FOX News Rundown host Jessica Rosenthal before the President’s prime-time address to share his perspective on the first few months of the Biden administration.
Rep. McCaul weighed in on some of President Biden’s executive orders, his policy changes regarding the border and the those early calls for unity.
The ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee also weighed in on allegations that John Kerry inappropriately discussed Israeli military operations with Iran’s foreign minister when he was Secretary of State during the Obama administration. Those reports have led to some Republican calling for Kerry to step down from his role as the U.S. special envoy for climate change.
The conversation was too long and we could not include all of it in our original segment. On the FOX News Rundown Extra, you will our unedited interview with Congressman Michael McCaul and hear more of his take on President Biden’s first 100 days and some of the controversies surrounding the administration.
