Listen To The Full Interview Below:
Bill Hemmer, Co-Anchor of America’s Newsroom joined Fox News Radio’s Guy Benson Show and broke down President Biden’s first 100 days in office.
Hemmer said,
“The first package was enormous, one point nine. I don’t call it two. I don’t know what we’re going to do with all that money. I don’t know where it goes. We keep an eye on it. I, I know the progressives do not want this infrastructure for a dime less than two trillion. I’m not so sure they can get there. I think it’s going to be a major test. I do think he pledged to be a bipartisan unity president. He has not been that. Maybe the events of the day will force him to change, I do not know if we’ve reached that point yet, but remember, Republicans went hat in hand on February 1st, 10 U.S. senators in the Oval Office and said, we’ll do a deal with you. And within 24 hours, Chuck Schumer went to reconciliation. That is not bipartisanship and it hasn’t happened yet. Joe Biden would be really smart to take a smaller infrastructure deal and get not just two or three Republicans, but a ton of Republicans to sign on.”
