Evening Edition: Russia’s Alarming Troop Build Up At Ukraine Border

Russia claims the troops are conducting military drills in direct response to NATO actions. FOX’s Trey Yingst speaks with Donald Jensen, the Director for Russia and Strategic Stability at the United States Institute of Peace, about the troop deployment and the concerns for NATO partners.
