Neil predicts that Queen Elizabeth will not step aside from her royal duty, even given her husband’s recent death. He also believes that Prince William and Prince Harry’s first time speaking again since the infamous Oprah interview will be at the funeral, and why he thinks it is unlikely that they will smooth things over in their relationship anytime soon.
