John Boehner, former Speaker of the House, joined Brian Kilmeade to discuss his new book “On The House: A Washington Memoir” and other news of the day. Boehner spoke about the life lessons he took from growing up the second oldest of 12 siblings, working at his father’s bar and playing football under Gerry Faust that helped him when he ran for congress and eventually becoming Speaker of the House. Boehner also explained that while he does not believe in the swamp or deep state, he is troubled by how the Justice Department and FBI acted in the Russia investigation during the Trump administration. Boehner says he is proud of many of the policies President Trump put in place and his ability to withstand the withering assault from the DOJ, FBI and the left wing media.
