On today’s Guy Benson Show, Andrew McCarthy, Fox News Contributor, Former Assistant U.S. Attorney For Southern District Of New York spoke about former President Trump’s second impeachment trial.

Andrew McCarthy said,

“Well, if you really want to have an impeachment trial, This is just a political exercise to try and label Trump supporters as insurrectionists. Then I suppose what they’re doing is fine because they don’t really intend this to be an actual impeachment, where you have a chance to, you know, obtain the constitutional result, which here would be to disqualify him. If you were really in good faith trying to do an impeachment. I think you have you have witnesses. I don’t know that they determined finally that they’re not going to have witnesses. They know there’s a struggle going back and forth on that.”
