Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-AZ): Hypocritical For Democrats To Want A “Peaceful Transition” Now
On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-AZ) discusses why Democrats should not be asking for a peaceful transition of power from President Trump to Joe Biden and whether President Trump should run again in 2024.
“The Democrats are very hypocritical saying we want a fair transition into power, peaceful transition. They didn’t give that. They do that for President Trump. They were spying on him. They spied on him. They altered FISA court applications to go after people in his campaign. We have a CIA director under Obama who has handwritten notes that basically said this whole Russia collusion thing was a made up thing by Hillary Clinton’s people to distract from her use of a personal email server. They had the FBI, everybody go after Trump. They impeached him, they drag him through the mess and now they have the audacity to say just give it up so peacefully, the counts aren’t even done yet. So I’m glad that President Trump is sticking through with this thing because we have to count all the ballots.”
“I haven’t talked to him, but I think he would. I think that would be kind of interesting. It makes me kind of laugh thinking about it. But I’m not giving up that he didn’t win this time around.”
