Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) Praises Trump’s SCOTUS Record, Calls Barrett’s Confirmation An ‘Historic Moment’
Senator Mike Lee, United States Senator From Utah spoke with Fox News Radio’s Guy Benson about the final confirmation vote for judge Amy Coney Barrett and the significance of the moment. Senator Lee said,
“First of all, It’s hard for me to think of another president who has made such good picks for the Supreme Court as this president has. These are, If you were a judicial conservative, if you were a textualist originalist, if you want the courts to be restored to their original function of just deciding disputes based on what the law says, you should be very happy with this president because this is an historic moment and I think they may well have reserved the best for last. Judge Barrett is truly phenomenal. And I couldn’t be more pleased.”
