This week, Martha is joined by Mike Davis, founder of The Article III Project and former Chief Counsel for nominations to the Senate Judiciary committee to discuss the Supreme Court nominee, Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

Martha and Mike discuss why Judge Barrett has long been a frontrunner to fill a Supreme Court vacancy, how the divisiveness between the political parties have begun to impact appointments to the judiciary and what can we can expect if Judge Barrett is confirmed.

Later, Mike weighs in on the issue of court packing, why the idea hasn’t worked in the past and why he doesn’t believe the idea will work in the future.
