Over the weekend, President Donald Trump announced his nominee for the Supreme Court vacancy will be Judge Amy Coney Barrett. A few years ago, voters in Florida changed the state's constitution to allow convicted felons to vote once their time in prison is over. But last year Florida's legislature, controlled by Republicans, added that all those convicted of felonies must pay all court debt in order to vote. Mike Bloomberg, Former Mayor of New York has helped raise money for that fund.
