Senator Steve Daines (R-MT) spoke with Brian Kilmeade about the need to confirm a Supreme Court justice. Daines believes it is critical to have a 5-4 split on the court in case they need to make a final ruling on the presidential election. Daines said he is hopeful there will be an up or down vote in the Senate before Election Day. Speaking of Election Day, Daines does not believe there will be another stimulus package passed before then. Daines believes that Speaker Pelosi & Senator Schumer are trying to use covid 19 relief packages to help bail out liberal states instead of passing a targeted package that directly addresses Americans needs.

Plus, Daines spoke about his senate race against Montana Governor Steve Bullock and why he feels if he loses, the republicans will lose the majority in the senate.
