Tyler Goodspeed: Only Person In DC Helping People Through COVID Economically Is President Trump

On Fox Across America with Jimmy Failla, Council of Economic Advisers Acting Chairman Tyler Goodspeed explained how no one in Congress was able to put together a plan to help Americans through the economic crisis COVID-19 caused, but President Trump could through his executive actions.

“I think it’s also important to note that when we look at the past these past few weeks, of all the people in Washington, D.C. who could have acted to provide continued assistance to unemployed Americans, to provide higher take home pay for Americans who have continued to go into work in the face of present challenges, to provide relief for student borrowers and American renters. Of all the people who could have acted on each of those fronts, the only person who did was President Trump with executive actions to provide that support where needed.”
