House Minority Leader and California congressman Kevin McCarthy spoke with Brian and predicted bipartisanship and American ingenuity would help get the country through the coronavirus crisis.
“Look at the ingenuity that’s happening in America today,” he said. “It took us two years to get to this point, to be testing a vaccine in the first trial. We are already there when it comes to coronavirus. You’ve got Bill Gates building seven different factories. Why? He knows he’s going to lose billions but what he’s going to be able to do is once we have the vaccine mass produce it, have that stage already done. This is the ingenuity that you talk about of America, of America overcoming.”
