On FOX Across America with Jimmy Failla, Problem Solvers Caucus Co-Chair Rep. Tom Reed (R-NY) explains why he thinks President Trump setting some sort of goal for re-opening the country is a good idea.

"I do like the idea of putting a goal out there. We have to recognize that this is a short term duration event one way or the other. We're going to see what the virus does. We're responding to it. And America is obviously positioning ourselves to be able to open up again. And sooner we do it, the better off for all of us. Also we want make sure that we avert any future public health crisis if we stay shut down."
