Does he have the votes? We’ll know soon. The Senate is moving toward a weekend confirmation vote for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

There is a shrinking number of undecided Senators. North Dakota Democrat Heidi Heitkamp, who voted in favor of Justice Neil Gorsuch last year, says she will vote no on Kavanaugh.
In a statement, Heitkamp says last week’s hearing called into question Kavanaugh’s current temperament, honesty and impartiality.
Joe Manchin of West Virginia is now the lone undecided Democrat.
Republicans Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski have not yet indicated how they will vote. Both have spent the day reviewing an FBI report detailing the agency’s investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against Kavanaugh.
