Alabama Wants More of Moore

In the hours after a runoff decided the GOP contender for an Alabama Senate seat, the Democrat in the race got the campaign rolling again.

FOX’s Gurnal Scott has more from Alabama:

Tuesday night Republican Roy Moore said he was ready to run:

(Moore) “We are one nation under God and we can become one nation unified.”

But after Moore’s win, Democrat and former U.S. Attorney Doug Jones, told FOX affiliate WBRC and other stations at a news conference that it’s time to start talking about jobs, wages and healthcare:

(Jones) “We have not seen much talk about those issues over the last couple of months from the folks on the other side of the aisle. Now we’re gonna make ’em.”

Voters are scheduled to go to the polls December 12 to decide between Jones and Moore for the U.S. Senate.
