Senate Republicans Stepping Up Efforts to Repeal and Replace ObamaCare

Some Senate Republicans are trying to revive their efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act.

FOX’s Jared Halpern has more from Capitol Hill:

Momentum is building for a health care overhaul led by Republicans Lindsey Graham and Bill Cassidy, their repeal and replace legislation scraps health care law mandates and provides states with block grants for health care costs.

It’s not clear, however, if the proposal can win support from 50 of 52 GOP Senators. The budget reconciliation tool Republicans are using to prevent a filibuster from Democrats expires at the end of the month.

Senate Republicans fell one vote short of a repeal and replace plan in July.
