Senator Graham Encourages President Trump to “Get Involved Personally” with DACA

President Trump is giving Congress six months to find a legislative fix to DACA…Two Senators say they’re renewing a bipartisan solution.

FOX’s Jared Halpern has more from Capitol Hill:

South Carolina Republican Lindsey Graham says Congress must now up it’s game, but adds President Trump must also play a role:

(Graham) “I think you’re a good man. Get involved personally. Work the phones. Try to find a consensus here.”

Graham and Illinois Democrat Dick Durbin are pushing the DREAM Act, legislation that has faced several votes for more than a decade without passing. It would offer legal status to 800,000 young immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children.

The two lawmakers want to see a vote by the end of this month.
