FOX's Tonya J. Powers has more:

North Korea says it detonated a hydrogen bomb underground yesterday ad that has the United Nations Security Council worried.

U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley called for the council to respond with the "strongest sanctions" to fix the problem:

(Haley) "To the members of the Security Council, I must say enough is enough. We have taken an incremental approach, and despite the best of intentions, it has not worked."

She says Kim Jong-un is 'begging for war,' and while the U.S. Does not want war, "our country's patience is not unlimited".
