A law about booze at the movies is struck down in Utah.
FOX's Chris Foster reports:
A Utah state law says it's illegal to sell alcohol during films depicting sex -- like in the superhero movie 'Deadpool'.
The 'Brewvies' Pub and Movie Theater' in Salt Lake City was fined 25-thousand dollars for breaking that law.
A federal judge now rules, that's a violation of free speech.
A Utah Attorney General spokesman says the ruling is being reviewed.
'Deadpool' star Ryan Reynolds donated five-thousand dollars toward the theater's legal bills.
