The White House is reacting to North Korea's latest missile launch early Tuesday.

FOX's Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

In a statement, the President said the North Korean regime has signaled its contempt for its neighbors, for all members of the United Nations, and for minimum standards of acceptable international behavior and that "all options are on the table" for dealing with its destabilizing and threatening actions.

Pyongyang fired a missile over Japan in a signal of defiance, as the U.S. and South Korea conduct annual joint military exercises. The missile traveled about 1600 miles before before falling into the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Japan.
