Bill Cosby has a new lawyer to represent him during his November retrial on sexual assault charges.

FOX's Gurnal Scott with the story:

Thomas Mesereau is no stranger to high-profile court cases. A spokesman for Bill Cosby announced Mesereau will lead a new defense team as Cosby faces a second trial in Pennsylvania on aggravated indecent assault charges. A jury last June could not reach a verdict in Cosby's first trial.

Mesereau represented Michael Jackson 13 years ago as the late entertainer faced child molestation charges. Mesereau has also defended boxer Mike Tyson, actor Robert Blake and music mogul "Suge" Knight in court. Cosby's re-trial is set for early November.
