Brandy’s Back on Broadway

She’s sold more than 40 million records; played TV teen Moesha, single-mom Zoe, and Cinderella on the small screen. And, until the end of August, real-life single mom Brandy Norwood is back on Broadway, again starring as femme-fatale Roxie Hart in the record-breaking hit musical “Chicago.” Brandy got rave reviews for the Broadway role two years ago, and for her performances in Los Angeles, D.C. and on “Chicago’s” national tour.

FOX’s Jane Metzler talks with this Grammy-winner about the show; why her teenaged daughter is such a fan; and the famous cousin who hasn’t seen it yet. And “Chicago” producer Barry Weissler, a seven-time Tony Award-winner, who is thrilled to have Brandy back in the cast, discusses what he looks for in a guest “star.”
