President Obama taking to Twitter reacting to the weekend’s deadly Charlottesville riots.

President Obama’s response to the deadly riot in Charlottesville, Va. becoming one of the most popular tweets in the history of the social media platform.
The former President reacted to the violent clash with a Nelson Mandela quote, writing, “No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion…”
He posted the quote alongside a photo that shows him smiling at a group of children of different races. His post racking up over 2.4 million likes in just three days, making it the second most popular tweet ever.
Arianna Grande’s response to the Manchester terror attack still holds the top spot with 2.7 million likes.
