President Trump, in Washington Monday, again condemned a deadly car attack in Virginia.

FOX's Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

The President says the Justice Department has opened a civil rights investigation into the weekend bloodshed in Charlottesville that left one protester dead and several more injured:

(President Trump) "Racism is evil and those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs."

He called out specific groups, including the KKK, neo-Nazis and white supremacists. President Trump was criticized for at first saying "many sides" were involved in the violence, that broke out amid a white nationalist demonstration.
