Don’t do it. That’s the message from the Attorney General to would-be leakers of classified information. A new crackdown, he says is underway.

Six months into the Trump administration, Attorney General Jeff Sessions says the Department of Justice has received nearly as many referrals about unauthorized disclosures as were received the previous three years combined:

(Session) “We are taking a stand, this culture of leaking must stop.”

Sessions says the Justice Department and Office of National Intelligence are taking new steps, including prioritizing national security leak investigations and reviewing policies about media subpoenas.
