Special Counsel Mueller Reportedly Impanels Grand Jury in Russia Probe

    Special Counsel Robert Mueller has moved the Russia investigation into a new phase.

    FOX’s Jared Halpern has more from Washington:

    A grand jury has been seated impaneled�in Washington, the Wall Street Journal reports as part of the investigation into Russian election interference.

    The newspaper citing two people familiar with the matter, reports it’s a sign the inquiry is growing in intensity and is likely to continue for months.

    A spokesman for Robert Mueller, the Special Counsel leading the investigation, declined�to comment. An attorney for President Trump says he isn’t aware Mueller impaneled�a grand jury but tells FOX News, “we favor anything that brings this investigation to a swift conclusion.”
