Senator John McCain Diagnosed with a Brain Tumor

Well wishes from across the political spectrum for Arizona Republican Senator John McCain diagnosed with a brain tumor.

FOX’s Jared Halpern has more from Capitol Hill:

There’s no timetable for Arizona Republican John McCain to return to the Senate. The Mayo Clinic in Phoenix says McCain and family are considering treatment options.

McCain had a blood clot removed last week, tests later revealed an aggressive brain tumor known as a glioblastoma:

(Hoeven) “We prayed. It was very emotional. Almost kind of stunned disbelief for a minute.”

North Dakota Republican John Hoeven describing the mood when several Republican Senators attending a meeting health care legislation learned of the diagnosis.
