Former NFL QB Under Fire for Opinion on Colin Kaepernick
A former NFL quarterback is under fire for comments about Colin Kaepernick.
FOX’s Matt Napolitano has details:
Michael Vick was asked Monday on FS1’s “Speak For Yourself” about Kaepernick’s future in the NFL and Vick suggested an image change for the free agent QB:
(Vick) “The first thing you’ve got to get Colin to do is cut his hair.”
Vick receiving a lot of backlash for his comments on social media with Kaepernick firing back at him as well in a post to Instagram, simply displaying the definition of Stockholm syndrome, when a victim develops a kind of empathy towards their abuser.
Kaepernick has faced criticism for his behavior, be it his national anthem protests last season or his recent sound-off’s against police in the U.S. and American politics, with these incidents reportedly leaving a sour taste in the mouths of NFL front offices.
