LA & Paris Present Bids to Host 2024 Summer Olympics
Los Angeles making its pitch to host the Olympics.

At a meeting in Switzerland, Los Angeles and Paris presenting bids to host the 2024 Summer Games:
(Johnson) “Almost 80 percent of Los Angeles citizens are behind the bid.”
Four-time Olympic champion Michael Johnson among those pitching.
The Paris bid led by French President Emmanuel Macron:
(Macron) “French people are ready, ready to welcome this Olympic Games.”
But it could be that both cities win… Olympic bosses are considering awarding the 2024 Games and 2028 Games at the same time.
